When you purchase from us you are agreeing with our 'Terms and Conditions'.

The services provided are subject to the following conditions. Buy purchasing a product you are accepting these terms and conditions.These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.

1. To register with ALISON MCILKENNY ART and purchase goods from our website, you must be over eighteen years of age.

2. You must ensure that the details provided by you are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes.

3. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your order.

4. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to decline service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, suspend or cancel orders at any time.

5. In our absolute discretion, to discontinue the website or services, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice.

6. Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” ALISON MCILKENNY ART reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant ALISON MCILKENNY ART and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

7. You grant ALISON MCILKENNY ARTand its associates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post, that the content is accurate. that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity and that you will indemnify ALISON MCILKENNY ART or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. ALISON MCILKENNY ART has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. We take no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

8. It may be necessary, from time to time, to restrict access to our site in order to undertake necessary maintenance work. This is to keep our website up to date & as accurate as possible. We will make every effort to ensure that any down time or restricted access is kept to a minimum.

Permission must be granted to copy all or part of the art work print or original. This art work may not be sold, duplicated on other websites, incorporated in commercial products, or used for promotional purposes without written permission. Buyer is not purchasing the rights to the image of a print or an original.

If you have commissioned a special piece of original artwork no prints, merchandise etc will be made of that piece of artwork although copyright still remains with artist.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I will give a full refund or exchange. You have 7 days to contact me with any issues and 14 days to ship the item back from the time of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is advisable to keep your receipt as Alison McIlkenny Art cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
